What We Offer

First 1/2 payment is due 3 months prior to the Event. Second 1/2 payment is due 2 weeks prior to the Event/wedding. Any cancellation for any reason must be no sooner than 1 month prior to the event. There is a changing room available for bride/bridesmaids as well as groom and his crew.

Client will purchase/provide the flowers (in addition to arranging fee). Heidi is able to purchase flowers wholesale, either by money given up front, or with an invoice after estimate for flowers is determined. 

The Barn at Sunrise Ridge has a plethora of tables, chairs, linens and decor available for use. Please note that there are damage fees associated with using these items.

Heidi IS  the wedding coordinator. If you are wanting to use someone else, it needs to be discussed beforehand. Heidi orchestrates all of the decorating, set up, clean up, communication with caterer, photographer, and DJ, and organizing of all venue staff. Client is responsible for paying additional $25 per hour rate for all event staff. 

Wide variety of vintage plates, silver and gold rimmed plates, off white plates, clear plates, and salad plates. Glasses include: mason jars, water goblets, wine glasses, beer glasses, champagne flutes. Silverware place settings for 200+ 

Please note that other fees may be incurred through use of the property, including but not limited to: porta pottie rental and liability insurance.
